Lonmar Global Risks have been Shortlisted for the Lloyd’s and London Market Award in the National Insurance Awards 2024.
The award recognises Lonmar’s success over the last 12 months, driven by the recruitment of talented individuals and teams which have developed our capabilities across a number of classes including:
- Our UK wholesale “London Market Risks” team, led by Karen Allen whose expertise spans property, casualty, professional and motor risks. The team has excelled in finding creative solutions and delivering the highest levels of customer service. This team has built some fantastic new broker relationships and delivered a strong new income stream for Lonmar
- Fine Art and Specie team led by Aqua Sanfelice has bolstered with new hires from Price Forbes who can provide market leading expertise
- Financial & Specialty team established in September 2021 has continued from strength to strength in revenue and expanding territorial capabilities and product lines
The nomination also recognises our commitment to attract top talent at all levels. We have an apprenticeship programme which provides an important gateway into our industry for young people who otherwise would not have access to the market. By opening up our recruitment channels we are actively seeking to create a diverse and inclusive culture at Lonmar.
The award winner will be announced at the National Insurance Awards event held at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in March 2024
